i ordered their underwear wore one pair and hand washed only to have them get freyed and ratty emailed customer service and never got a response its been a few weeks and still nothing

Great company. Had no issues and the shipping was quick.

The customer service was excellent but the boxers were not as I expected. For me they do not work well under jeans. I think they would have to be quite tight to not ride up the legs. I wear a medium and while they did fit nicely, they did not stay put or breathe well under jeans. I'm hoping that they will perform better under dresses and skirts. I plan on trying them out other ways, not giving up on them just yet.

Customer service was not helpful…I complained about the material used in your boxers that stretches way too much and they offer me 20% off my next order….Why would I order something that has an issue…Felt like they did not even read my complaint.

My experience with Knotty has been nothing short of wonderful. I am so thankful I found out about this company because I am never going back to underwear that's uncomfortable or too tight. I am so glad that I found a company that is so high quality, affordable, and caters to all body types at the same time.
