Accidentally ordered an xs, so after much debate I contacted c/s. I explained my situation and they would not take the item back. So I am not happy. I have not ordered anything since, and to be honest I don't know if I will again.

I really like your products. I’d like to see them machine washable. I don’t like to wash my underwear by hand. I’ve been machine washing on gentle and cold and hang dry, and seem okay, but I assume it will lessen the life of the product. I have a bunch of suggestions for designs because boxers are definitely going to heavily appeal to masc lesbians. We are very under represented in clothing, especially when plus sized. You’re better priced than TomboyX, and that is a selling point. So far your product holds up better too. Theirs pills. I much prefer Knotty. I just wish there were some more designs that catered to the masc crowd. I’m somewhere in-between and spoopy is my style, so you’re right on target there. My wife would like more plaids with no pink. She loves blue though. I’m not a huge fan of pink either and nearly all of my mystery packs were pink. Disappoint. I marked a whole bunch of favorites on the app hoping I’d get at least one from some of those. No luck.

Great products!

Had some issues with getting my orders, one went missing & one came with missing items. Took a while to get it sorted but finally did after a couple weeks. I love the fit and feel but notice after I washed my new knotty boxers for the first time (before even wearing them) that some of the colours have faded and some have faded in splotches :( still comfy and soft though

If I would’ve received my boxers the first time, and not have to receive the incorrect size due to error of receiving my product and your guys stock being out of my size… it would be 5 stars. It was handled well at least. Shipping updates on the replacement product would’ve been great too, I was left completely in the dark about them and had zero clue I was getting them in.

I love this PJ! It is very soft and flowy. I got the mystery pack and I'm happy with the tie die design I got. I still get night sweats, but not as often. The size was perfect as well. The only thing I would change is the tshirts are a cropped too short for me. But I wear my PJ every day!

Amazing! These boxers and braletes are so comfortable. My skin easily breaks out and I haven't had any issues! I'm never going back to another brand

Quality of underwear is really bad. I'm not a complainer type either but it literally fell apart after one wear. I realize it's priced cheaper but I expected it to at least be wearable more than once. The nightgown was ok though its better made. But the underwear is maybe to mass produced and overlooked quality wise. It's to bad I was hoping I could order permanently from you guys but I guess I'll have to stick to box store brands still.

I think the clothing is a pretty good quality for the price, however, all the items I've bought have already started to pill and lose color and I've only had them for a few months. The bands have held up pretty well but I worry they will start to fray. Hasn't happened yet though. Also I don't like that the pockets are made with the same material because they are bulgy and never hold their shape as pockets. If they were made with a stiffer material they would hold pocket shape better. The sizing is really good and the patterns are really fun. Also, I don't love the website, I appreciate that you were possibly trying to do something more fun and different but I find it difficult to use. I have been able to use it successfully through and have not ordered the wrong items ever though. I think it would be easy to accidentally order the wrong pattern. Maybe thats just me though. I give 4 stars, overall I like what you are doing.

Initially my order was shorted. I reached out right away. I didn’t get a response for multiple days, but with some extra pushing I was able to get the missing item replaced.
