dress doesn't fit and I don't like the material and they won't let me return it

Shipping was very fast. Arrived well packaged. Beautiful dress. Love the colors. Unfortunately too big for me so I returned it. Return process was very easy.

Top doesn't fit. Can't exchange it without paying a $16 fee. No more shopping at Kiyonna for me -- there are other online retailers that allow clientele to try on/return/exchange clothing as needed (Amazon sellers, StitchFix, Chicos, Soma, Zappos).

The construction and quality of the fabric are great. I love the dress and I am keeping it. BUT be aware that I followed the size chart measurements and ordered the size it told me I should. My actual measurements were a couple of inches LESS that those on the chart. The dress was much tighter than I expected it to be given being less on the measurements.
