Kiyonna shipping is quick and the dress neatly packaged. But returns leave something to be desired; a $16 fee seems a bit excessive and makes me hesitate to try anything I’m not 100% sure about.

The dress is beautiful but the construction is a little ridiculous. Offering plus size clothing and then not putting zippers or easy access points to get into the dress is enough to just send it back. A formal dress that you literally need to put on before you do your hair and makeup because it is so unforgiving you can’t get it over your head with out ruining everything.

Quality plus size clothes! I’ve ordered suits, gala dresses, and daily wear and I’m always pleasantly surprised by how much I like what they have. Last year I ordered a gala dress from Kiyonna and then bought one off the rack at Dillards and ending up returning the Dillards dress. Kiyonna quality and flattering fits are fantastic!

This is dress 2 from Kiyonna, love both but this one has a higher empire style waist so fits a bit more snug over my (ample) chest! I do like it, just requires a bra with good lift.
