This was not a good experience as a first time customer. I never got the merchandise. Both Kiyonna and Fed Ex have not answered my issues. I won't be shopping here ever again. Also both products I purchased are no longer available in my size or color.

The dress I received has an overwhelming smell of laundry detergent. I washed it with extra rinse and hung it to dry in my closet, the smell has now consumed my large walk-in closet. Our family has fragrance allergies and we do not use scented products. This dress does not have a garment tag and my other Avisa gowns do. I exclusively wear Kiyonna dresses, but the condition of this dress is unacceptable. Additionally, the colour is not as pictured, the top is dark navy blue.
