Used my phone to initiate a return and found the site sluggish and difficult to navigate. Read rewritten policy before purchasing. There is a fee involved along with shipping

Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Will order again in the future.

The return process is taking a long time and a little clunky.

Quick shipping!

The dress is very pretty, but it is too big for me. I wish that it was more true to size.

Easy and Fast

Fast shipping

I had no issues with this order. Delivered in a timely manner.

Shipping was fast and easy. No problems!

Shipping was so fast, the dress arrived within 2 days.

This dress is well and ingeniously made. I can see where it can accommodate a range of bust sizes with no alterations. If needed, slight alterations would be fairly easy to make. Well done!

This is a no fuss, here I am to make you look fabulous dress. 💃

The entire shopping experience was lovely

The wrong dress was shipped! Very unhappy! I needed it for an event on Saturday and too late to try to correct. I was also charged for shipping /restocking to return the dress I didn’t order!

I love everything that I have gotten

I love this dress! It’s perfect for my special occasion. Additionally, the customer service at Kiyonna is outstanding!

The actual dresses I ordered are great. The mystery dress was a mistake. Lesson learned. But I really like the two I selected.

I love this dress and putting it on made me feel pretty and that’s all I could really ask for.

Arrived just in time for a work event, thanks Kiyonna!

I have received three dresses. They are all very pretty but I was overcharged and have been waiting three days for a response from customer service to refund me the over charge. It is to bad as I would highly recommend the dresses but only if you are okay with not being able to resolve any issue you may have. This is my first experience with the site so it is not leaving me with a good feeling. I would warn anyone that is not absolutely sure of their purchase because you may have a very difficult time getting a response to fix it.
