The entire shopping experience was lovely

The wrong dress was shipped! Very unhappy! I needed it for an event on Saturday and too late to try to correct. I was also charged for shipping /restocking to return the dress I didn’t order!

I have received three dresses. They are all very pretty but I was overcharged and have been waiting three days for a response from customer service to refund me the over charge. It is to bad as I would highly recommend the dresses but only if you are okay with not being able to resolve any issue you may have. This is my first experience with the site so it is not leaving me with a good feeling. I would warn anyone that is not absolutely sure of their purchase because you may have a very difficult time getting a response to fix it.

I bought this for a cruise at Christmas this year. It is just what I was hoping. The fabric is soft and the skirt is flowy. I am 5’10” and barefoot the skirt just skims the floor. True to size. I will look gorgeous and be comfy at the same time!
