Matt, Julie, Karen, and Vince were there the entire way with great communication during the ordering and shipment process. I ordered a cart and gas grill - it arrived damaged. I took pictures of the damaged parts and Kick Ass Grills quickly sent out the replacement parts. The Blaize pit is extremely high quality - looking forward to years of use! Thanks, it's nice to know that true customer service still exists!

Great website and fast response. The only problem was at check out. I almost said forget it. It keeps saying my phone number or address is wrong. I figured out you need to put dashes in the phone number for it to work.
My October 26th order was twice sent to me incorrectly. After placing the two incorrect items in my door way for pickup I finally received the correct item (68001) on November 27th. I was promised that due to the delay and aggravation they would reimburse me for the original purchase. I reminded them on December 4th and am still waiting for the refund. Hope to see it next year.

The ordering experience through the website was easy and they had both outdoor fridge models I needed where others did not. Knowing that the fridge models were hard to find I even called the day after my order to make sure they actually had them. They called their warehouse, confirmed they were indeed in stock and that I'd receive them shortly. Sure enough I received the shipping confirmation that day and received both refrigerators exactly 7 days after ordering them. . . and that included the Thanksgiving holiday in between those!

Purchased the grill 2½ years ago and received great service when I had some assembly questions. Called recently to ordered repair part and received excellent service again.
After a 3 week delay, I finally received my order which had one wrong item in it. I will now wait for the newly shipped item. Then I've been asked to repackage the wrong item, print a return label and then take it to the nearest Fedex office. The folks at Kick Ass have been responsive in their explanation of the delay but not a great experience.
