The wrong part was ordered but cannot get a hold of anyone by email or phone to rectify. Left many emails and several calls.

The grill came in damaged. Base plate unusable. Replacement was easy enough to get.

The order took a month longer than what was predicted when I thought this. Kickass grills was just reselling through another distributor and did not actual have my item in stock.
