Just to let you know that I got my Weber grill grate 7670 today 17Apr2024. It was shipped 04Apr2024. This is not your problem, it took 2 weeks for me to get a welding hood from Lincoln as well from USPS.

The Kick Ass Grill team were very quick to respond to all the questions we had regarding our purchase. They process our order that same day and I had it sitting on my doorstep within 2 to 3 days. Very impressed!

4 weeks and I still haven't received the product I ordered. Contacted their customer service, and they said ""we'll check with the supplier. "" That was a week ago. (No email with tracking information was received from this company - over a week later I got an email from Fedex with a tracking number and some other company's name as the sender)

I went through two other vendors looking for a specific grill only to be informed days later that they were out of stock despite their ads claims. Kick Ass took my order and delivered in four days.

Had to cal multiple times to get update on when products would ship. Was told multiple times they incorrect dates and would have to follow back up since nothing arrived when I was told. Would also be told from reps they would get back to me with information as to when items would be coming in or shipping out but would never hear back so I would have to follow back up myself. Probably contacted customer service 10 times and still haven’t received my products that were supposed to ship multiple weeks ago. Also I still don’t have an accurate date when the grill is supposed to arrive.

I reviewed my account to see when the items I ordered would be delivered. One item was listed as temporarily discontinued however I was still charged for it. I called the number on your site. Spoke with Vince regarding why I would be charged for something that was discontinued. He advised me that the 2 items I ordered would be shipped today. One of the items was listed as arriving (at least by) 3/18/24 which was a week ago. The other item (the one that was supposedly unavailable) was schedule to be here no later than3/26/24, today is 3/25/24. Needless to say it is not going to be here on 3/26/24.

I did not get the right Primo cover. The way the description is on the internet is confusing. I wanted a built in table top cover. I got a full built in cover for a portable grill. Wording is very tricky and a lot more expensive

Went online to their website, looked up my new Blaze grill model and ordered a Blaze cover. The picture shows the cover on my grill with both shelves raised up. I purchased a cover based on their website picture. The cover they sent does not work with the side shelves. I asked to return the cover (that I paid $106. 49 freight included) and they deducted $39. 77 for freight and tax. I called to speak to someone and was told the guy who would handle the situation was on the phone and would call me right back

One phone call, less than 5 minutes my part ( under warranty ) was in the mail box less than a week later. Napoleon has been the best grill I have ever had and I am glad I purchased from you guys!

I love my new Napolion Rouge gas grill. Learning to use it. 50+ years of charcoal.

Had a problem trying to order on line so I called to get some help. Easily reached a live person who handled my issue flawlessly. My grill cover was received within the time frame quoted and was $10 less at Kick Ass Grills than other stores. Would definitely order from them in the future.
