I had ordered the 3-pak Napoleon drip pan. It was out of stock, which I knew, so I waited for Kick Ass Grills to get it back in stock. It did take over 2 months, but they did deliver. Most everyone else was out of stock as well. It was out of their hands, so I can't complain. Thanks for getting it to me.
I was perusing the internet for different grill options, and after looking at the choices at Kickass Grills, spoke with your representative (Nick, I think). I was given all the info I needed to make a decision. He walked me through the order; it was mostly painless - except for having to pay at the end. Now, I'm just waiting for delivery. Good work, folks. . . . I will refer you to others

The cover does not fit grill as presented. Too small. All measurements were verified but cover is way too small for designated grill. Also the delivery was delayed by FedEx every day for one and one half weeks. Very disappointing.
Customer service is excellent. Joel bent over backwards to get me taken care of after FedEx destroyed my cabinet.
Yes, I was notified each time my product was once again declared as on backorder and yes, I received an email reply when I first emailed with a question as to why my Visa was charged for the product even though I still do not have it. However, I ordered in December. Was told product should arrive late January or early February. Here it is January 29th and now today I received an email stating my product would not arrive before March. To me, that is not good service. I hope I don't receive yet another delayed product arrival notice. Disappointed.
I called to get help with an order of a grill and other parts for an outdoor kitchen. They were very helpful in making sure I had the components I needed and gave me a discount for purchasing a bundle, which was greatly appreciated.
