Had a problem trying to order on line so I called to get some help. Easily reached a live person who handled my issue flawlessly. My grill cover was received within the time frame quoted and was $10 less at Kick Ass Grills than other stores. Would definitely order from them in the future.

It took over 2 weeks to ship and seems weird that it only shipped after I emailed asking about it . Better communication if there are delays.

I had ordered the 3-pak Napoleon drip pan. It was out of stock, which I knew, so I waited for Kick Ass Grills to get it back in stock. It did take over 2 months, but they did deliver. Most everyone else was out of stock as well. It was out of their hands, so I can't complain. Thanks for getting it to me.

The cover does not fit grill as presented. Too small. All measurements were verified but cover is way too small for designated grill. Also the delivery was delayed by FedEx every day for one and one half weeks. Very disappointing.

Yes, I was notified each time my product was once again declared as on backorder and yes, I received an email reply when I first emailed with a question as to why my Visa was charged for the product even though I still do not have it. However, I ordered in December. Was told product should arrive late January or early February. Here it is January 29th and now today I received an email stating my product would not arrive before March. To me, that is not good service. I hope I don't receive yet another delayed product arrival notice. Disappointed.
