Ordering and items good. Two item delivery went a bit wrong, with one going to the wrong delivery centre before arriving a couple of days later. But this is the fault of delivery service!

Needed to erect a safety rail for my friends mother following a fall resulting in a broken hip . Needed something strong as it was not possible to fix anything to the house wall . Ordered the 42 mm tube and fittings and the ground anchors. Quality fittings and tube , she’s now able to leave her home with help and the rail has given her a fresh boost of confidence. . Great company, collected from their unit with no issues. Very friendly staff .
