I ordered frames for a table and two benches. The benches were a bespoke size. The contact with customer services, in particular, Padriac, was excellent. He responded promptly and was helpful with advice. The frames arrived quickly and are perfect for what we needed.

Nothing at all wrong with the items,I just ordered the wrong size. Delivery was an issue, it was late delivered due to going to the wrong depot, but that's prothe couriers fault. Also a collection issue, paid for new items for delivery, perfect, but the driver wouldn't take the return goods, even though I'd paid for it, the same driver returned to collect the return goods 3 days later.

The product delivered unfortunately was missing a couple pieces which was quickly resolved by the company and made to measure. The product itself is great quality and it looks fab! I would purchase again from Keyclampstore!
