Ordered some square tube and selected the free powder coating option for collection. Didn't receive phone call or text or email saying item was ready to collect, had to email to find out. Went to collect items but they weren't powder coated, and apparently you have to pay for this, so had to pay another £28 and have to wait another week. It even says on my order: Powder coating fee £0. 00. An apology for their mistake would've been nice.
