All of their products are great, I love shopping from here

I have bought countless mattress protectors from them all seemed to be perfect

I slept on this mattress at a One Hotel in Brooklyn originally and loved it. And now I get to have it in my home!

Best mattress ever!

Love my products!

Love Keetsa. I am a side sleeper and love these pillows

Josh was excellent. No pressure, just info, questions answered and a very excellent mattress recommendation. We love our mattress and hope that the 44 Mercer street store did not close, as per AI. Our experience with Josh, his no pressure, just info approach was really helpful.

I've been a customer of Keetsa since 2014 and our first queen size bed was great, it last 10 years and still couting. We bought the king size Keeta Plus and it's been the worst mattress I've ever had in my llfe. It's uncomfotable, but more importantly it sags after 2 years of use. I tried to work with Keetsa on getting a replacement of refund and they denied my request because the bed wasn't "sagging enough. " For a company that sayd, "Every Keetsa carries a 12-year warranty on material and workmanship. We build them to last because we believe they should" is a flat out lie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FOMR THIS COMPANY. Their products are awful to every other brand on the market - FACT. They have terrible support, their executive team could care less about thee customer, and even the owners provide nothing to help out when their product is clearly faulty. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This mattress is perfect, this is actually the 3rd one we purchased we love it so much. Twice for our primary bedroom (first lasted nine years and we have another in our guest bedroom). It’s supportive but plush, guests are always complimenting us on it as well!

I have now purchased three Keetsa mattresses and two of the bed frames. I first purchased a mattress about eight years ago. It is still the most comfortable mattresses. Hence why we have purchased another two for guests in our home. All we hear is how well everyone sleeps and how insanely comfortable the beds are. They are truly perfection. They weigh a good anmount and initial “install” because of the weight can be tricky especially with a king mattress but trust me worth every lb of elbow grease. It’s the best night sleep, no back pain, I can sleep on my side, my stomach and my back. It is incredible how well they sleep. They are the only mattresses I will buy.

Love the mattress, wish you guys still offer your 10 year warrantee

We waited to review this item for several weeks, as the brand was new to us. When it arrived, I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for, brushed gold frame is as pictured, quality is definitely there, and the assembly was the easiest thing I've had my husband do after our move! Lol We are so impressed at the quality! There has been no squeaky boards, twisted up velcro on slats that snags on bed sheets or scrapes your hands when you try to make the bed, and the brushed gold color is even prettier in person. I love that I don't have to fully lift the mattress to make up the bed. The fully upholstered bed I had ordered before this, we had to send back, as the frame cradled the bed almost completely and it was extremely difficult to make the bed all the way around each day. The fancy headboard had sides that looked nice aesthetically, but the functionality was ridiculous. If you think getting a fully upholstered bed and actually make your bed each day or ever. . . don't do it! The KEETSA Steel Bed Frame is top notch and will stand the test of time! We have a 14" mattress on top of our king bedframe, so it's heavy and does not slide around / off the slats, which I was worried about. Its flush design makes this a perfect minimalistic option. Our room is very small and I like a simple Parisian style in my home. So, this 'simple' design King Platform Bed Frame was the perfect choice! *Believe me, I've seen them all online and it beats all the contenders and high enders, too! There is plenty of space under the bed at 14" for any needed storage. We have a large 38x38" curated canvas over the bed, clearly no headboard, however, I love the pre-drilled holes incase I ever want to get one! This is a very solid and thoughtful design! Excellent craftsmanship! I'm a very happy wife and my husband didn't even have to read the instructions! *Their return policy made the decision easy too!

Excellent ordering process. I received the pillow quickly. No issues.

Bummer that they closed their Berkeley store. But happy that they continue to support our family's good sleep. Always great service from the folks at Keetsa

I've had issues with my left hip, back and neck for years. I kept changing our pillows, spending more and more on specialized pillows thinking the neck needed all the support to help with the entire body. Low and behold, it's the mattress that made all the difference! I was introduced to Keetsa from a coworker who swore by the company. He is already on mattress number 2. I was able to get a good holiday deal on my mattress during the July 4th week. I was even able to use a partial payment through FSA/HSA. My bed came within a week. The delivery was right on time and instructions were easy to follow. It's been about 3 weeks since sleeping on the mattress, what a difference! I can say that I don't wake up 3xs or more a night anymore. My hip back and neck feel supported. It's refreshing to wake up after a good night's sleep! Thank you Keetsa for producing an amazing product!

I walked into the Soho store today and met Shane. I don't think I ever met a customer service member who was more helpful and accommodating. I was only making a small purchase but Shane made me feel like I was buying everything in the store. Superb! I will be telling all of my friends about KEETSA and I can't wait to get my topper! Thank you, Shane! Andrea

Really like it. Had the queen and now upgraded to the king
