Awesome and firm

My wife and I had experienced a Keetsa cloud from 12 years ago, as a queen. We lost our way, and bought some other brand when we upgraded to a king. Years went by and we decided to get a better bed, because of so many reasons that amounted to discomfort from wear and tear. So we went back to Keetsa, and it makes us so happy to have made that decision again. We immediately have slept better, deeper and longer with our Cloud again. It's the perfect support, firmness, and weight distribution. Their customer service is pretty stellar too.

Great experience love this company and their mattresses

This mattress truly is a life saver. I’ve suffered with back and neck pain most of my life. Short version is I was house sitting for a client for six months and my back was feeling much better throughout the stay. I returned home after client returned and moved back into my place and the following morning woke up with back pain. The pain got progressively worse throughout the week. I finally decided the problem was the mattress. Fortunately I knew what model Keetsa I had experienced before so I ordered one. Shipping was easy and arrived relatively quick. Needless to say I was like a kid on Christmas morning when it arrived. Except it wasn’t a new bike or a video game. To me it was a quality of life. I woke up the following morning after a deep sleep and well rested night. I say “ Kudos to Keetsa!!” For making a quality product. I highly recommend this mattress Matt G

After about a week of the mattress conforming to my sleep patterns I've gotten the best sleep I've had in years. Fantastic product

The eye mask is so soft and cozy- I love it! I use it every night and it helps me get great sleep.

Always have a positive experience with Keetsa. Very sad that they closed their SF and Berkeley store fronts. I purchased my first mattress from the SF store when they first opened. Second mattress purchased from their Berkeley store. Wish you’d come back to the bay.

I did communicate twice with the shipping department before it was shipped with some specifics about the delivery, but never heard back. Fedex apparently never received those instructions. In the end I got a call from Fedex and we resolved the issue. Wish communication with the shipping department had been better.

I got my mattress quickly and the packaging was excellent. It made it easy for me to get it up the stairs. My son visited the showroom in NYC and the salesperson was so helpful in steering me to the right bed to order.

Experience with customer service/shipping not the best. No one knew where the package was (neither FEDEX or Keetsa) until it showed up.

Love this mattress

Easy to put together, and so so sturdy, I am thrilled so far with the Keetsa Gold brushed bed frame. It is really great to finally have such roomy underbed space for storage as well.

This is my absolute favorite mattress. I’ve bought 3 at this point, one for every bedroom in my house. It’s firm and very supportive but still cushiony and insanely comfortable.
