The salesperson Shane was super helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of immediately trying to sell me the most expensive option. Shane asked thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, especially what position I usually sleep in (side, back, or stomach). After learning that information, he guided me toward the Keetsa Pillow Plus as the best fit for my comfort and support needs. I really appreciated that he explained why the mattress would work well for my sleeping position — particularly how the pillow-top would provide pressure relief and how the support layers would keep my spine aligned. There was no pressure to rush the decision, and I was encouraged to lie down and test the mattress properly. Overall, the personalized recommendation and knowledgeable service made the buying process easy and stress-free. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to find the right mattress, not just make a sale.

I used an older version of this pillow for many years as my go-to pillow. This new one is even slightly improved from that one. The perfect support for a side sleeper. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good memory foam type pillow.

The mattress is very supportive yet comfortable. We bought this because our daughter has one that is about 10 years old and it’s still great. The unboxing and setup was easier than we expected. We're very happy with it.

This is my first Keetsa mattress after sleeping on family and friends' Keetsas and loving them. The Pillow Plus is an excellent mattress, firm but with some give. I've been sleeping wonderfully on it. Kudos to Keetsa customer service as well for the quick delivery and regular updates.

We purchased our first Tea Leaf Dream about 11 years ago, a queen size out of the Venice store (when there was one). It was truly the first great mattress I had enjoyed in my then 50+ years. We recently moved to Northern California, and just changed our bedroom set and a king was needed so even with so many new options on the market we purchased our second Tea Leaf Dream from talking with Josh at the NYC store. We asked and he said the mattress had been "redesigned" a couple of times and may feel a little firmer but similar to what we had experienced. After two weeks now, the mattress is a little different (firmer) but equally enjoyable sleep (admittedly after few days of getting used to a new mattress) and happy we did not go down another mattress route.

Love it! My joints hurt less, I fall asleep faster. It’s improved my sleep so much. The only annoying thing is that it moves around so in the mornings I need to readjust it. But It’s a price I’m willing to pay to sleep better
