It took me a month to get the right order, but besides that everything was OK

Cadence updated me with every part of the processing process. I knew when they were preparing my order, when they shipped it, and when it arrived on my doorstep. It was quick shipping, too!

The folks that I did talk to were so kind and helpful! My tile-making email had a photo in it that wasn't of my custom tiles being made so that didn't instill a lof of confidence that I was going to receive the correct items, but it certainly made the opening of the package even more exciting!

The site was a bit slow for me when trying to customize labels. Took +2 weeks to come in. Impressive for a small company, Black Friday order with personalization. Cadence kept me up-to-date on the processing. It would be nice to have a time estimate, if logistics would allow.

Totally satisfied

Shipping and onset response time is a bit slower than anticipated. Took over 3 weeks to receive my items and the order was missing a capsule. However, I had the most friendly customer service ever - I spoke with Michelle and she was amazing.

Took a while to ship

I haven't used the capsules yet, but have them filled and ready to go. I tested one holding serum by leaving it sideways and upside down for a few days - no issues. I'm eager to try them out on my next trip.

Order process was poor. No communication on shipping while you are seeing advertisements after advertisements on get your cadence 2 day shipping for $5 while yours was ordered weeks ago. The packaging also is poor. Very low quality paperish container that was completely ripped. I think they have a good product (we’ll see) but the initial interactions make me not want to buy from them.
