I purchased three sets in 2021 and loved them so much initially. However, after a year, I noticed some developed cracks. I assume that is a consequence of me dropping them a few times, which should be expected. At the moment, about half of the capsules have cracks on them. I think the quality should be way better for the price.

QUALITY, durable and FUN products. well thought out. customer service is excellent as well! A+ would recommend if you're at all thinking about purchasing anything from Cadence!

best product and service is superb

Clearly a company going through some learning curves, but I appreciate the ultimate response and resolution and I would recommend the product to my friends. The customer service response in November/December was horrendous. When they finally responded to the errors in my shipment, they more than made up for the hassle. And, they recently sent out what seemed to be a genuine, transparent explanation for the problems.

No complaints here. Got my exact order in timely manner!

My experience as a cadence customer has been wonderful. The customer service at cadence is wonderful when I had inquired about my order. I tell everyone about this brand!

Their service is impeccable and truly one of the best customer service experiences ever. They shipped me a blank tile by accident (instead of a pre-labeled one) and to fix it they sent me the correct capsule AND a free small flex capsule with a label of my choosing to make up for their mistake.

Okay. Some delivery delays, but I wasn’t in a big hurry for the products

Customer service was fabulous when I received a defective capsule! Appreciate the quick respond and getting it replaced for me!

Loved the communication of letting me know where they were at in the shipping process in terms of fun emails saying they were prepping my order etc. But never got emails of when my orders shipped so I couldn’t track the packages. That would be my only suggestion for improving!

I love my capsules! Shipping is very quick during non peak season! I did have one capsule missing/ missed during my shipment and I had a really hard time getting in touch with customer service which was very frustrating. Finally after 2 weeks someone was able to help and offer to replace my entire order which I didn’t need. I just wanted them to sent me the rest of my order. I understand this being a smaller company things get missed but I really do hope this gets resolved in the future because Cadence is an amazing company and I can’t recommend their capsules enough. I know so many hands can only do so much! Cheers!
