Shipping was fast. Products we packed nicely. Could have added a travel case with certain amount of purchase. But I don’t have regrets purchasing these.

Low foot print packaging and great customer service

I love the concept of having sleek capsules that fit together nicely, and they look smart. I have the charcoal and sand colors (I’d probably prefer ivory rather than sand, sand looks a little beige/yellow in real life). I’d prefer them not to have magnetic sides to save on weight - I feel that they’re too heavy for travelling esp when you have a lot & cabin bag restrictions! But I love these for making my toiletry bag less jumbled (no more odd shapes of different beauty suppliers’ bottles!) and my beauty products look way more coordinated. Customer service and despatch time is very slow, maybe more staff are needed? I like that I’m supporting a small brand though and they are high quality products. I’ll continue to purchase from Cadence.
