At first I was skeptical since the capsule is made of what feels like light plastic—which for the price I was expecting it to feel like a heavier material. BUT, once I started using the capsule, I was sold. The magnets aren’t only helpful for connecting and storing the capsules, but it’s also good at making sure the cap connects well to the base. It lines up no issue and you know it’s closed. Super happy with my purchase and know these will be a go to for the long haul. Worth the investment with the swappable name tiles. They come in a specially wrapped plastic bag—it was pretty legit. One of my custom tiles came in wrong and they sent me out a replacement and an additional capsule free of charge. Good customer service there—earned a repeat customer.
