my past order of Keens hiking Targhees, lasted one year, less than that wearing them as I did not wear them often at first. then hiking a lot, the sides started splitting, which is a common complaint Keens! you need to look at your quality control and change the way you view "leather" because you don't appear to be using it!

I've worn Keen shoes for years, and I'll never buy another pair of Keen shoes. The craftsmanship is poor! First day out of the box the metal shoestring eyelets pulled out. Then the stitching pulled apart, along with the leather bunching up at the toe of shoe... never again!

LVN here, surprised to receive a pair of shoes from the promotion as well. They seem relatively well made and fit true to size. Unfortunately not able to wear the particular style I got to work due to policy requiring slip-resistant marked footwear, but should be great for short hikes and camping trips in the future, assuming all goes well. I have been a fan of keen shoes for many years. The best hiking boots I’ve ever owned have been my keens. I have also owned other brands with satisfaction. I recently received a pair of new boots from keen because I’m a nurse working at a drive through testing site in Massachusetts. One of my daughters nominated me and another daughter (she’s a nurse too) through the program offered during the coronavirus pandemic. I am so impressed with the philosophy of keen and the commitment to their customers. I’ve already been a fan of keen because of their quality of shoes but will now make sure they become my first choice when shopping for shoes! Thank you Keen!
