A huge shoutout and "Thank You" to Keen customer service for resolving an issue with my latest pair of Keen boots. As a long time dedicated Keen boot wearer, I was worried that negotiating the warranty process would be cumbersome and lengthy. I wish I knew the name of the individual on Facebook messenger who walked me through the process which was very easy! He or she rocks! I purchased a pair of boots from Keen and paid $20.00 for expedited 2 day shipping. My boots did not get delivered for 6 days after the purchase date. When I called Keen and waited on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that expedited shipping should not even be an option because it is virtually impossible to receive an order 2 days from the purchase date. Then I was told that as long as the order leaves the wearhouse within 2 days that they are still upholding their expedited policy process. This is very disappointing because I needed the boots for an upcoming trip which is I why I chose and paid for expedited shipping. I am very upset that they would not refund my money after spending $160.00 on my purchase. It is not the money that is upsetting but the principal of the situation. I am writing this review to prevent this from happening to others. Do not choose expedited shipping and pay extra for something that you clearly will not get as promised.

My wife bought me two pairs solar toe post sandals they are fantastic as I have leg problems these sandals give me fantastic support. Iv been looking for flip flop sandals such as these for years and I dearly hope that KEEN start making other versions of this product may be a similar sandal with a back support too so as serious walkers could buy them BUT REMEMBER YOU MUST KEEP IT FITTING TROUGH YOUR TOE AS THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YEARS PLEASE MAKE OTHER VERSIONS OF THIS SANDLE AND THANK YOU KEEN

I had an issue with my boot purchase and contacted Keen about it. Not expecting much , they not only got right back to me but resolved the issue within 10 days. Buy American. These guys are the real deal.

I usually take a size 12 for most of my shoes . There are some model shoes that I must get in a size 13 to fit properly.This is one. once I recieved my size 13 I was off to the races so to speak. They now fit perfectly.I am 67 yrs old and have a really bad spine of which causes poor balance. Having these sandals makes me feel like I can dance and walk at the same time and I do it . The traction that these sandals give is amazing I cannot get them to slip. They hold me firm even on a wet floor. I am just in love with these sandals. Best shoe I have ever worn. I can say for sure Keen will be seing me again very soon.GREAT JOB KEEN PEOPLE.Only downfall they were made in Mexico .

I've purchased Keen for a long time in person, not online. The boots are excellent without a doubt, but one of the laces has a defect that I am trying to find a replacement before it breaks.

I purchased work boots from a local reseller back in December. The boots ended up being defected and I knew they had a warranty on them. So in May I contacted Keen, sent a few pictures, and they handled the rest. It was a very simple process, fast response time, and because of that I will only be ordering Keen boots from now on.

If you browse reviews for H2 sandal anywhere on the web you will see this prevailing issue reported. This was my experience as well. I wanted to give Keens another chance after mine fell apart, but I see that nothing was done in all these years to improve the stitching. Really - is it that difficult to fix in a >$100 sandal?

Just purchased my second pair and looking forward to the adventures my first pair took me too. Went to Rio de Janerio with my son to see Crist the Redeemer our anniversary in Key West, with my wife on her 50th birthday in Bora Bora, family vacation in the Bahamas for my daughters 17th birthday and countless trails and beaches along the way. My pair seen many miles of fun and numerous journeys from the Gulf Coast to the East coast and a little of the West coast. Can't wait to see where this pair will take me. Lead me on!

I just ordered a pair of Keen Kona Flip II sandals. They felt amazing but were just a half size too large. I called Keen's customer service and they were so helpful in returning the product and making sure I could get the correct size. I am completely impressed with the quality of the shoes and the courteous, helpful customer service. Hope to be wearing lots of Keen shoes in the future!!

I bought some keen work boots, after about 10 months the boots are shot, the bottom of the boots are ripping, water is getting my feet wet. Overall the boots are falling apart. Do not buy!!

Every spring I order my two boys a pair of the Newport H2 Sandals. They play hard and are tough on their footwear, and these shoes hold up time and time again! I always come directly to the Keen website, not only do they have the best selections of colors and sizes, but the best customer service. This order however was a little different. When I opened the package, I was surprised to find 2 face masks included with my order. It brought tears to my eyes that a company could be so thoughtful to include such a sought-after item at no extra cost. Therefore, I have been a loyal customer and will continue to be a loyal customer for life. Masks are so hard to find, and this small addition has made life a little easier for my family. Thank you Keen for being such a great company!

My waterproof Keens lost their waterproofness 1 month after the warranty expired. I contacted Keen and they honored the warranty without hesitation. When my replacement shoes came, along with them were 4 facemasks made by Keen. Outstanding and a wonderful gesture in this time of Covid!!! I have several pairs of Keen as they are comfortable and durable. They have a customer for life.

I ordered new sandals, I love them. In the box was also 4 facemasks for me and my family to use. How thoughtful and a great way to support your customers during Covid 19 pandemic. Thank you!

Today We received our Keen shoes which I have ordered before but only for my hubby and he loves Keen!! So I. Have heel spurts and decided I wanted 2 pair also one pair to wear inside onetime floor....also surprised hubby with a pair for inside...we absolutely Luv them and luv you all for including 4 masks! I purchased a pair 4 years ago that are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I purchased another identical pair recently that are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. I called KEEN, explained my situation and and asked if their quality has diminished. I was assured it has not. This new pair hurts my feet enough that I have stopped wearing them.

I work on a farm handed down for 6 generations. I’ve worn Justin, Ariat, timberland, red wing, caterpillar, Carhart and Irish setter.. none of these hold a candle to the comfort and durability as The keen San Jose model. After wearing them for a week I bought another pair for a back up. Props to the creators of this boot. I’ve went on & on about the comfort of these shoes to my buddy’s so much 4 of them bought the same pair and all have the same thing to say. EXCELLENT! Good job Keen you’ve won my business for years to come
