Love the shoes, BUT.....
I've had 3 pairs of targhee 2's and love the shoes, but the sole's keep ungluing. This latest pair is barely a year old and both soles have now started to unglue. Took last pair back to point of purchase, but they didn't care. Told me to send them back to Keen, at my cost. Time to start looking at Merrell.

Ridge Flex - Boogie up Mountains. Bounce down Smiling.
I walked a hundred mountain miles in the last ten days. (Only English mountains, but still quite steep) and these boots were comfy, were supportive and made it easy. The key is that because they flex you can walk properly, you don't need to keep a stiff foot and clump about like a deep sea diver. This means you can walk uphill almost as fast as the dog and in the evening you don't need to sit with your feet in a bucket of warm water. I've also walked all over Dorset for at least two hours a day in sun, frost, fog, mud and even on the days you wouldn't send a dog out. The dog doesn't know that and insists on walks every day. And these boots are up to it. They stay dry, they stay comfortable. If dancing were allowed, I would wear them to dance in.

Keen Steel Toe
I’ve been looking forward to sitting down and writing this review. This a working man’s real world review. I’m not sure which Keen work shoe I have. My job required a steel toe shoe. My wife had a pair of Keen hiking shoes and she always bragged about their comfort. I thought, let me check and see if Keen makes a steel toe shoe for work. I checked a local store that sells work apparel. I chose a pair that felt good. The job I have is in building maintenance. I’m on my feet 40 hours a week. I do a ton of walking. I bought my shoes about two+ years ago. I’m ready to buy my next pair of Keen work shoes. Not once in the last two years....have I ever gotten home and complained about my feet hurting or being sore. I can’t think of any pair of athletic shoes that are this comfortable. The only other shoe that even comes close to Keen, for comfort, are Doc Martin’s. Oh, the shoe that I purchased is water proof up to about the ankles. I’ve walked in water and had dry socks afterward. Keen shoes for work is a must. Take care of your feet....wear Keen shoes at work. You will not regret it!

low quality materials
November 2019 bought gypsum 11 hiking boots, the sole began to separate and after 20-30 hiking trips the side of the left boot had cracked and split and they were no longer waterproof, my pair were poorly made.

Started out great.
I bought a pair of Flint II mid wp work boots. These were the most comfortable boots I have ever owned by far. About 2 months into the life of these boots they totally broke down. Tread cracked, and side of boot blew out. I really wanted these comfortable boots to be around for a while,, but unfortunately they just were not built to last.

I have been buying a pair of Keens each year
They simply make the most affordable high quality work boot out there. They clearly understand comfort for people on their feet all day. Customer service is of course simply the best. The website is simple and easy to use as well. I work at a mine in Alaska and you will find Keens on almost 60-70% of us. Highly recommended!

Poorly made for price
I had never bought Keen boots before and I paid $160.00 for these boots. Within the first week the sole began to separate and after one month the side of the left boot had cracked and split and they were no longer waterproof. I see a lot of good reviews for this product but my pair were poorly made.

Last pair of Keens I will buy.
I have owned 6 pairs of Keen boots and a couple pairs of their sandals. The sandals are great but their boots leave soo much to be desired for quality. Not a single pair of the 6 sets of boots I have bought from Keen have lasted longer than 6 months before they became unusable. Either the stitching on the exterior falls apart (4 pairs of my boots did this) or the sole wears out (2 pairs). I have even purchased their American built boots and their utility series thinking they would be of a higher quality but was wrong. I do not recommend Keen boots unless if you want a pretty set of boots that will look good in your closet and cost $200+, if you actually plan on using the boots though get a different brand that is actually worth the money they cost.

Keen Targee
The first pair I bought about 5 years ago based on advice from a sales person in the sporting good store. She indicated that these boots worked very well for people that had plantar fasciitis. She was absolutely correct. These boots have been fantastic. Good support and comfort. I now have four pairs that I wear everyday, all day. They support my feet and keep them warm and dry. Truly a great product. Thank you very much.

No longer fit me!
I had a great pair of size Keen cross country type trainers, bought early 2019 and used constantly - breathable in grey and turquoise with the one-sided-tongue and sides reinforced with tape. When they needed replacing I ordered 3 pairs in the same size 7 - Explore Vent and WP and the Terradora II and none of them were any good! So dissapPointed. It seems that the curved shape of the toe box has gone from a slight asymmetry - as per the human foot which is usually longer at the big toe - to a symmetrical rounded toe, which is in effect slightly shorter over my big toes and so presses uncomfortably. I am not going to buy an 8 which would be ridiculously large for me...so I guess I will have to shop elsewhere. I was also amazed to see one pair had a frayed or chewed corner inside where the top lace hole is, with fabric coming away! Very poor quality control. Shame. As the paperwork enclosed in the box does not allow for any feedback about that, nor the returns lable process I someone else will have to be dissappointed too!

Best footwear ever!
I have just purchased my 8th pair of Keens, the Targhee high top winter boot and they are great! Took them right to the snow and went fat biking. Feet stayed toasty warm and the boots continued to perform well walking around in the snow. For me personally, I don't see a reason to purchase another brand of footwear. Thanks Keen!

targhee III
I bought a pair of Targhee III about a month ago. I am really disappointed in the shoes for the amount i paid for them. I work at a home warehouse and i thought they would help me on the concrete but they have little arch support and insoles are very hard. Not sure i would buy another pair.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had
I've been wearing Keen shoes since the early 2000's, and they have always been my favorite shoes. Always well built, always comfy. I had never had the need or opportunity to have an interaction with the customer service team at Keen, until recently. I ordered a pair of Keen shoes. They were delivered to the wrong address. The customer care team immediately sent another pair out to me, which I received within 3 days. The shoes didn't fit my feet like most Keen shoes do, so I called back into customer care. The credit card I used was no longer good as I had changed banks, so the good folks at Keen sent me a new pair (which were 40 bucks more) as an even exchange, and sent them out same day. This might not seem like a big deal, but it's the not-so-little things like this that will keep me a Keen customer for years to come. The phone calls were handled quickly and professionally, and both reps that I spoke to went way out of their way to satisfy (and exceed) my needs and expectations. Whoever is in charge of customer care should get a high five and a raise - the service I received was absolutely exemplary. I've been in sales and customer service my whole life, and without a doubt this is right up there as the best customer care I've ever personally received from a company. Keen, thank you! Your products are always amazing. My feet thank you. And, your customer service team is amazing. Too often we overlook folks like that who really are the cogs that make the wheel turn. The whole team deserves a big thank you. And, you have a loyal customer for life. Keep up the great work guys. I sincerely appreciate it!

Men's Philadelphia waterproof work boots composite toe
I've worn redwings for many years! They have done me vary well! Decided to try keen boots! I work 10 to 12 hrs a day on cement floor! The first week to two weeks boot seem to be ok! Then I started having sore back and feet sore from no support in the boot! I notice the inside sole of the boot became flat with no support! It was like you were walking in a flat pair slippers with no support to them! I I recommend that if you work on cement floor don't waste your money on these boots!!! The company would not help with exchange for another boot or refund! So stick with red wings or thorogood boots they know how to make a work boot!!!

Fail - Two for Two
I've purchased two pairs of Keen work boots and I have been disappointed with both. The first pair suffered from the outer layer of the sole separating from the inner layer. They also seemed to shred laces for some reason resulting in having to replace the laces frequently. Basically whole bottom layer of the sole coming off. They also seemed to shred laces for some reason resulting in having to replace the laces frequently. When buying a another pair of boots I thought I would give Keen a second chance. Soles on second pair doing the same thing and now the boots are leaking horribly. Had a similar problem with the laces but learned a little trick in that if I removed the laces and rubbed them across paraffin that they lasted a lot longer. One the plus side of Keen boots is that they are wide although perhaps too wide for some.

Dissatisfaction
Im sure this message will go unnoticed by anyone that cares, and I'm sure this is just me trying to vent my frustrations with no expectations. I bought a pair of Work boots a little over a year ago. I was super happy with my decision to go with Keen. They were durable and comfortable and also the most expensive boots I've purchased. I was hesitant to give up my $189 dollars on a pair of boots, but I figured Keen had the reputation of excellence with the working class. Boy was I wrong. Call it a coincidence or Murphys Law. But it wasn't a week after my 1 year purchase and my boots started to fall apart. The sole literally started to rise inside the boot like a speed bump making it impossible to walk in them. Now I have a pair of work boots that are worthless. I get sometimes things happen and it's not intentional, but it has left me felling very disappointed. Like everyone else, I work for a living and I try my best to make decision's that will help me get the most for my money. I thought spending top dollar on Keen would be a good decision. And now I know I was wrong.

Great Item
I ordered the Pyrenees boots in the Tibetan Ted. Some of the reviews stated that the boot ran small, so I ordered a size up and found it to be somewhat large for me. However, a thicker sock resolved that. So, as a result, I will be keeping the boots. kThe boots are a great quality boot and very comfortable.

The most helpful customer service
I had ordered my boots before 'rona and due to all that chaotic mishigas they had been lost to the whole system. Then when I called, Jason, was extremely helpful, made sure my boots were still in stock and then had them express delivered to my door and sure enough they arrived today, 2 days later. I can't express how thankful I am to have these finally after this, thank you Keen!

3rd pair of boots and great customer service
I have bought Keens for the last 4 years. I use them for my work boots. The last pair I got fit really well but only lasted 6 months before they fell apart. I filled out the warranty information, took a couple of pictures, and received an answer within 3 business days telling me I would get a credit for another pair. I will gladly stick with them.

New shoes have split on bothsides
New Mossy oak Bottom land shoes- split on both sides- can’t include photos, but for that price I was expecting better quality
