I love Keen hiking boots and recently purchased my 5th pair. There is a SAFETY ISSUE with the design of the Women's Targee II boot model 1016581. I occasionally bump my ankles together when I walk. 4 times today, I almost fell when the top lace cleat (open hook that secures top of shoe lace) caught on the ankle area of the opposite boot at the leather 'gap' that allows the ankle snugging strap to continue to the lace loop below the top lace cleat. The Targee II boots are not safe for ME. My other 3 pairs of Keens with similar ankle snugging straps do not have a gap between 2 pieces of leather - the designs have a plastic retainer or a slit in one piece of leather that the ankle strap passes through. Customer service told me my problem was not covered under warranty. The shoe store I purchased from will only refund 1/2 the purchase price. Yes, I will continue to buy Keen boots. I wear a pair of Keen's EVERY day.

I needed to replace my Revel III Polar Boots but struggled with the Revel IV because they come up a bit higher on the ankle. My *MUSCULAR* (#fat) calves can't handle the higher boot. I worked with the live chat online to return the Revel IV, confirm I needed the Circadia boot with a mid rise but a bit lower ankle than the Revel IV. Yet, the same winter warmth. Angie assisted with the return, made the recommendation before I could even question her with my thought that the Circadia was the boot for me. My online account was also locked and she took care of that also. Excellent customer service, no disappointments in the 5 years I've been purchasing Keen's. I've also used the warranty replacement. Best company out there!

I love the support, styles, comfort and waterproof of the keen shoes/boots however I just sustained a huge fall leaving bruised elbow, hip and sore leg. This has happened a few times and am now really not going to buy any footwear with these stupid hooks where u do up the laces. The laces from opposite boot keep getting caught in hooks of other boot. I fell in a Shoppers on way out luckily didn’t go through glass door.(last year) This Friday luckily wall in-front of me stopped my fall. Saturday suddenly fell hard forward onto store floor taking clothes rack down with me. Other “keen” wearers have similar stories. I used pliers to flattened down hooks so I can safely wear keen boots.(or will rip off). Please make “keen”footwear WITHOUT hooks!!!

Not impressed at all sole of boot came apart and I lost the receipt. Don't recommend

Paid almost $300.. for these top quality work boots absolutely not... Souls are starting to separate rubber noses on the boots are coming off horrible quality on the rings for the laces they wear sharp and cut every lace I put in it... And yes I put the weather protector on it oil them and they're still failing... I really hate to not want to be a keen fan but this is the second time I've been disappointed

Got a pair of utility boots. I have a wide foot so getting a pair of quality hunting boots is difficult. On a recent elk hunt I ran my Keen boots through rugged terrain and unusual temperatures including frost on the boggy grass in the mornings to 90 degrees in the afternoon. The boots kept my feet warm and dry while trudging through the muck and then held up terrifically in the tough elk wilderness. I hiked miles all day up and down hills and the boots were never a concern. They are a bit heavy but when my request was for rugged wilderness with hot and cold temperatures, it was a tall order. I only walked 15 miles with the boots before the trip and was pleased to find they worked so well basically out of the box.

Got my first pair and they delaminated. Keen sent me a different pair for free and they disintegrated when they got wet. Guess I’ll try Merrill’s next time.

After I purchased the Keen Ridge Flex Waterproof boots and used them the first couple of months I thought I had purchased the best pair of hiking boots I had ever owned. Them about three to four months of use I noticed cracks in the rubber ridges. A couple of months later the cracks had split open and the rubber starting separate from leather in one spot. The boots are still very light to wear and comfortable but my feet have started getting wet after just a few minutes in wet conditions at or above the flex ridges. I’m sure Keen will take care of this issue as they typically have great customer service. But anytime you pay $200 for a pair of boots they should last longer than six months.

I Recently wrote a review how I had two pairs of Keen steel toed work boots that are great, but ordered a pair of Targhee ll waterproof hiking boots that were roughly 6 months old and the seams were falling apart. Keen contacted me, had me send in order info and pictures, and after their review, sent me a full credit to order another pair of boots. The whole process took maybe around 4 weeks at most. I am very pleased with the result and the customer service and will continue to order Keen boots !!

I am a active tropical scuba diver during the winter and river rat (summer-whitewater) and live in these sandals. NOTHING COMPARES !!

I work as a Correctional Officer, I average 10miles a day at work and about 60 flights of stairs. I had some other big name brand and it left my body aching everyday. I got a pair of the Temp Flex triple black and OMG the first day and everyday since then has been amazing. They are light and breath well, not to mention they have great support and are actually really quite when i walk. They look great and the feel amazing.

Unfortunately, my hiking boots are not that impressive. They are comfortable for going for a walk. I finally had time to go for a hike in Arizona and well, I feel like I wasted my money on what I thought would be good quality boots. Two hours of hiking made these boots look and feel like I've been using them for months. May have to stick to the brands I know. :/

I had a order glitch on cyber monday and after being told i wouldn't be able to get the discount through there chat center i got ahold of a representative who let me price match. The next issue was one of the pair of boots i order was sold out. He gave a discount on a pair that wasn't even on sale. I did this all over the phone gave my card number and the order was on its way. I have wore keen for years and they are the most durable and comfortable boots i can find.

I bought a pair of the Newport H2 Sandals approximately one year ago (in August), and all of the seams are coming out. The shoes are comfortable otherwise. Just very disappointing that they don't last... and it was basically a couple seasons, a bit in the fall and this past summer. And it is with both shoes and multiple places on each shoe.

I'm a size 7 in men. Had to reorder for 7.5, these shoes still hurt the top of my toes. Have space but can't wear them all day.
