The service (particularly from Anna) felt very personal and helpful. I needed help on a couple of occasions to enquire about loyalty, to postpone delivery and to enquire about resizing. The piece I ordered is beautiful, and I love that it is made from recycled silver seeing as the mining of silver and gold can be so problematic for the environment and workers.

I received a beautifully gift wrapped gift voucher for Christmas. Gift vouchers can seem ‘unexciting’ to open however the packaging and wrap was so professionally done. Really happy with the product and the time frame given was exactly right, my only issue is that it was not ovbious that I would have to pay a customs charge when my item was being delivered (I think it should have been put in the part where it says calculate delivery charge ) I was happy to pay the charge but I was not happy to find out about it and worry about how much it was going to cost I really think it should all be worked out before paying the total to order.
