We ordered a custom size brushed silver ring for my husbands wedding band. The team at Kate and Kole were uncertain if the ring would make it in time for our wedding so they sent us a stand in ring just in case. The original ring arrived but it was amazing of them to make sure we had a back up for the ceremony. We are so happy with the ring and the customer service that went above and beyond.
