Expensive for what it is. Leather is cheap looking. And I'm wondering why the bottom isn't closed so water doesn't run out and get my car/clothing wet (kind of the reason I bought it).

I've ordered from you before and I was always happy with the quality of the products. My recent order had products with much less attention to detail and poorly finished.

We loved the look but if any liquid soap gets on the outside of the dispense, it leaves a dark mark that never comes out. We've tried cleaning them to no avail. The matte finish is good looking but not practical. I'm an interior designer and have purchased hundreds of bath accessories over the years, this problem is a first.
