I've ordered from you before and I was always happy with the quality of the products. My recent order had products with much less attention to detail and poorly finished.

We loved the look but if any liquid soap gets on the outside of the dispense, it leaves a dark mark that never comes out. We've tried cleaning them to no avail. The matte finish is good looking but not practical. I'm an interior designer and have purchased hundreds of bath accessories over the years, this problem is a first.

I love the Kassatex towels. They are so soft. They arrived when they said it would. It was a no hassle experience!

The material is great and feels high quality, but unfortunately the stitching at the strap is already coming apart after less than a month of use. For the price, I expected much better durability.

I like the resin material. Less breakable than glass! I also enjoy the faux tortoise shell look of the pieces. Complements my new bathroom well.
