I experienced this pillow at a hotel and immediately wanted to buy it. Once it arrived in the mail, I noticed the outer covering was not anything like the one at the hotel. It was plastic like and was noisy did not like it at all the filling was OK, but not like the pillow I slept on at the hotel so all in all it was a disappointment and we returned them.

I love how soft these sheets are and the color is fantastic, but that’s where the pros end. I made the mistake of getting sheets I have to iron in order to look decent, so that’s on me, but these suckers are sticky and they shed. When I put the fitted sheet on it stuck to the mattress protector and pulled it up. And I had to do it twice because the first time I put it on the mattress wrong (Did I miss the tag that says top or bottom?). We have a heavy mattress, so I had to electronically lift the head of the bed to put the fitted sheet on right, then push the mattress back to the head of the bed when I put the head back down. When I put the flat sheet on, it stuck to the fitted sheet and pulled the fitted sheet up the same way the fitted sheet pulled the mattress cover. It was a huge deal to do all this. I’m going to fume every time I have to make the bed. On top of all that, they shed. I was wearing black pants when I made the bed and they were covered in fine light colored fibers. I’m hoping that stops with washing. I definitely won’t ever buy these again. Maybe a different set, though.

Expensive for what it is. Leather is cheap looking. And I'm wondering why the bottom isn't closed so water doesn't run out and get my car/clothing wet (kind of the reason I bought it).
