I was at Ava Resort in Mexico. Slept like a baby every night. Looked at where the pillow came from. , Kassatex from New York. I ordered a medium and will order the firm. Love this pillow!!

Arrived promptly and well-packed, actually ahead of schedule.

Doesn’t fit the tray like in the picture !

Quick delivery

My robe was out of stock, but Kassatex notified me as soon as it was back in stock. It was easy to order and I had it within a week!

Two of the six towels had defects in the weave. Poor quality for the price. Customer service was great though!

The bag wasn’t the right fit for me, but the customer service was exceptional. Shipping, communication and service was very fast. I appreciate the kindness and quick resolution.

Everything shipped as fast as expected. Packed nicely as well.

I love this!!!

Service accommodating to client needs.

Fabulous towels, gorgeous colors. Soft and luxurious!!! Fabulous purchase.

We were at a hotel that had pillows, sheets and towels by Kassatek and we loved them! Worth the investment.

Everything came packaged beautifully and well protected. Not a scratch on them.

Customer service was responsive and took care of my issue immediately! Can't wait to order more products!

Very expensive compared to the quality and quantity.

It's cute, light, and has become my family's favorite couch blanket for the summer. It has a delicate, thin, white lace (perhaps netting is the right word), which makes it look even nicer in person than in the photos. The only down-side is that it says dry clean only, which doesn't work well with how often I wash blankets in a house with young kids. I put it in a mesh bag and washed it in the washing machine, anyway, and it still looks great. Here's hoping it lasts.
