I ordered a soap dish recently, When it arrived I found that there was a slight scratch on the surface. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a free replacement without question. I was very impressed with their responsiveness.

I spent days searching the internet for a good beach bag that was made of all natural materials and big enough to use for the beach with large towels, blanket, and clothes. And this is it! Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend. Design has tiny holes so its not a solid, a true woven deign, but durable due to the material and perfect for letting sand out when at the beach.

We are really enjoying these. We wish the jars came in different sizes.

When I placed my order I was not told you were out of stock and, worse, that the warehouse would be closed for two weeks for inventory, delaying everything further. A month later, I have received one of the three things I ordered and have been told it may be Feb or Mar before I receive the rest.

These blankets are amazing! I experienced it in a Hyatt hotel in NYC. I now need one for every bed! Can’t wait to try the towels as well.
