immaculate service! after ordering a lamp, i got an email letting me know it was in stock and I could pick it up it from the warehouse. I replied to ask them to hold it, as I had just texted + for covid. They offered to ship it to me instead, free of charge. received it a few days later.

There was no follow up on the status of the back ordered item which was disappointing.

If you are out of the state of Washington, shipping is expensive. Be aware that unless you pay extra for setup, it will be dropped off curb side as it is on a very large pallet. My couch arrived on a semi truck so drop off in tight spaces or narrow ally ways is not possible. Kasala communicated appropriately about drop off date and time.
