I purchased a sleeper sofa & a rug online. The rug was not in stock & had to be shipped to their warehouse. We were picking the items up & they offer holding in the warehouse up to 60 days. The warehouse manager was so good at communicating with me about updates for when the rug would arrive & very friendly & helpful when we picked up everything. We have purchased many items from Kasala over the years. We love the modern aesthetic, quality & excellent customer service!
