After doing the 5 day active lifestyle cleanse, feel a lot better and lighter in the stomach. Would recommend if you are looking to reset things and change an eating habit.

Beneficial for eliminating: bloat, and sugar cravings. Delicious and nutritious. Almond chai, is so flavoursome and comforting. The vegan soups are gourmet quality. My aim was not to exclude my other simple eating habits but to enhance it. Regular consumption aids in gentle weight loss when combined with a heathy meal of homemade dense vegetable quiche. I felt amazing after this! I didn't feel hungry throughout. In the 2 weeks post cleanse I've felt better energy levels and mental clarity, improved sleep and a huge improvement in my gut health and bloating. I'm doing this again soon.

Delivered to the complete wrong place and unfortunately I never got to do my cleanse. Pictures of the location were clearly not my address (although not identifiable either as they were simply pictures of random fences and bushes … not the actual delivery location). After 30 minutes of looking I gave up and had to go and purchase groceries for the week.

1 bottle was broken. We found out the day we started the cleanse.

Not a fan. Not practical when working full time to carry multiple bottles at work. All chilled juices doesn’t work in winter Felt dizzy and low energy.
