Great quality low fruit juices absolutely delicious soups.

I was not a fan of the bee pollen drink. It coated my mouth and had a foul taste long after. I would recommend revising that drink, but overall enjoyed the others and the quick delivery. Thankyou!

I absolutely loved this 3-day liver cleanse juice fast. The juices were fresh, delicious, and surprisingly filling, and I felt supported the whole way through without feeling deprived or flat. By day two I noticed less bloating and clearer energy, and by day three I felt lighter, calmer, and more balanced overall. It was a gentle yet effective reset that left me feeling refreshed and more mindful about my health. Highly recommend.

I do an annual cleanse and normally make my own. The busyness of life meant this year I just could fit that in so after much research I choose Karmic’s Gut Health for 4 days. I was so impressed with the products and the results. The perfect reset before the silly season. I will definitely be back. Bonus for not having to be constantly cleaning my own cold pressure juicer and being able to access a variety of juices I just couldn’t do at home on a single scale.

2 days was enough for me. At the time I never felt hungry, expected my bowls to clear out but didn’t which is fine. I had one most of I give but pushed through and afterwards felt amazing, the inflammation had left my body, I had energy and it was a great reset as I was craving fruit and vegetables while doing the cleanse, which was a reminder that’s what my body wants. I’ll keep cleansing every now and then. I thought it was great. My advice, start with a day or 2 and work your way up the next time. I had friends that bought 5 days and gave up in the end. Ps. Juices all tasted delicious just a few were very celery tasting 😳 Also my skin has not looked that good in years! I was glowing!

From what I ordered, my favourite was the chai almond milk. I would order those consistently. Delivery, packing / packaging is great.

Beginner to juice cleanses I tried I two day cleanse. All the juices were so yum, I particularly loved the leafy greens juice and the beetroot juice. The soups and chia puddings were also amazing. I lost 2kg but main impact was that I feel like I wasn’t super hungry afterwards and that I wasn’t craving sugar as much. Really great tasting high quality stuff, keen to make it a monthly thing
