I've emailed Karmic direct and thanks for promptly responding. Very disappointing experience this cleanse with bland tasting juices. 1 star for the pumpkin soup which was yum but I could have made myself.

Including two soups you can heat up makes this juice cleanse pretty easily manageable and easy to do. Lost 2 kgs in 3 days and removed bloat. Have managed to keep the weight off too and reset some eating habits from it.

Great quality low fruit juices absolutely delicious soups.

I was not a fan of the bee pollen drink. It coated my mouth and had a foul taste long after. I would recommend revising that drink, but overall enjoyed the others and the quick delivery. Thankyou!

I absolutely loved this 3-day liver cleanse juice fast. The juices were fresh, delicious, and surprisingly filling, and I felt supported the whole way through without feeling deprived or flat. By day two I noticed less bloating and clearer energy, and by day three I felt lighter, calmer, and more balanced overall. It was a gentle yet effective reset that left me feeling refreshed and more mindful about my health. Highly recommend.

I do an annual cleanse and normally make my own. The busyness of life meant this year I just could fit that in so after much research I choose Karmic’s Gut Health for 4 days. I was so impressed with the products and the results. The perfect reset before the silly season. I will definitely be back. Bonus for not having to be constantly cleaning my own cold pressure juicer and being able to access a variety of juices I just couldn’t do at home on a single scale.

The delivery dates was pushed last minute which was a bit late for an upcoming procedure but communication has been great. My husband ended up doing a day with me instead of me doing the 2 days and it was tough but we felt great after a good sleep last night. Might look at doing the active cleanse in the new year. I’ve done the 4-day gut cleanse several times in the past and have always had a positive experience, but this time the juices seemed watered down and didn’t taste as they usually do. I emailed to share my concerns and only received a brief response saying the feedback would be passed on, with no further follow-up. When spending over $300, you expect both quality and a certain level of customer service, and the lack of communication and support this time has been disappointing and has made me reconsider continuing with your products in the future.
