Having been back 4 times, I have tried various iterations of the Karmic cleanses and enjoyed all of them. Definitely helped my inflamed digestive system, break the sugar craving cycle, but still feel satisfied. I feel so much better. Had never tried any kind of cleanse before but found I quickly enjoyed them and even miss some of the juices/soups when finished. All soups are tasty, and the juices I look forward to are Leafy Greens, Berry Digestive, Morning Zing. I cannot believe I even have come to enjoy Red Raw. Bee Pollen almond milk is post dinner favourite. Recommend ++

Absolutely loved it!

I bought this for my son who’s 25 and has cerebral palsy and a few other little things going on in his body. He did it for two days really easily lost 4 kg and is eating healthy every day now it’s putting him on a new path of taking care of himself.

Poor delivery experience. There was breakage. The box was left with green juice spilling out into a puddle. It was brought in a sortly after delivery, meaning they delivered an actively leaking box all the way up the drive way. Ugh.

Including two soups you can heat up makes this juice cleanse pretty easily manageable and easy to do. Lost 2 kgs in 3 days and removed bloat. Have managed to keep the weight off too and reset some eating habits from it.

Great quality low fruit juices absolutely delicious soups.

I was not a fan of the bee pollen drink. It coated my mouth and had a foul taste long after. I would recommend revising that drink, but overall enjoyed the others and the quick delivery. Thankyou!

I absolutely loved this 3-day liver cleanse juice fast. The juices were fresh, delicious, and surprisingly filling, and I felt supported the whole way through without feeling deprived or flat. I do an annual cleanse and normally make my own. The busyness of life meant this year I just could fit that in so after much research I choose Karmic’s Gut Health for 4 days. I was so impressed with the products and the results. The perfect reset before the silly season. I will definitely be back.
