After doing the 5 day active lifestyle cleanse, feel a lot better and lighter in the stomach. Would recommend if you are looking to reset things and change an eating habit.

Beneficial for eliminating: bloat, and sugar cravings. Delicious and nutritious. Almond chai, is so flavoursome and comforting. The vegan soups are gourmet quality. My aim was not to exclude my other simple eating habits but to enhance it. Regular consumption aids in gentle weight loss when combined with a heathy meal of homemade dense vegetable quiche.
