I never received the rocker part. I stayed until 1/10. Never came so I left via a wrecker. Wasted $67

Slow shipping (2 weeks), parts didn't fit, grumpy return representative (NT?) and paying $22 to return. Not a good first experience, hence probably my last.

These are like hens teeth to find and I was happy when I came across them on Kanter's website. Ordering was very easy and shipping was remarkably cheap and quick. I've returned and ordered more hard to find parts since and their service has been first class.

Kanter products and value seem very good, but the kit I received was not as described -- no center link included as shown is photo and as indicated in "Included - Yes" in the accompanying table. I was given a prompt return authorization and refund. This would have been entirely understandable (and a 5-star review) if Kanter customer service hadn't been determined to convince me this was my fault and conveyed that they were apparently not interested (or able?) to quickly correct the Kit Description on their website.
