It would help if you had a means via a small plate with a bolt hole on the inside corners of the Weaver for bolts so that, if required by Client, the corners of the structure could be attached to a permanent footing

Got the outpost bundle with the mantis hammock. Had to get in contact with support over something, and they were super responsive and helpful. Honestly probably the best I’ve talked to.

The customer service was great. They continually communicated with the status of my issue.

Awesome product

Easy to attach and works great! I used this on our recent 3-week car camping trip and few times I could not find shade this worked perfectly. That’s what she said

Quick and easy service, just like my Crosswing.

Very pleased with product and customer support with an address change I needed to make. Only thing I would change is their e-mail directions to, “Write your reply above this line” is a little confusing. Terrific company!

The company has extremely good service. The company supports military.

It’s was perfect

It is always a pleasure to use an object whose form is so perfect aligned with its function. The Crosswing Awning is one such object. More than a pleasure to use, it is satisfying. I experience the thoughtful design that went into it every time I pull it open (and close it down) and look forward to years of pleasure using it.
