I purchased the swiftlet to use indoor and outdoor. I have paired it with the double roo. I have used it both indoors and outdoors and it have loved it. You are able to gently swing and feel secure without a sense that the hammock will tip over. Chair mode is great to use when gathering with family for conversations around the campfire.

Always great when an outdoor company stands by their product, but Kammok went way beyond to help me get some replacement snaps for a crosswing that I had picked up second hand. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything directly from them now.

Thank you for helping me replace the rain fly for my hammock!  The customer reps were super friendly and helpful. Two comments: 1: the new rain fly was missing one of the center support lines but I was able to take one off the old fly and install it. 2: the new rain fly does not have the little velcro pockets to store the support and guy lines.   I loved this feature on the old rain fly (I did think the pockets needed to be a little bigger).

The customer service rep I spoke with was helpful but gave some incorrect information on what brackets I would need for my desired set-up. Make sure to double check their information with your own logic before you purchase.
