Very pleased with product and customer support with an address change I needed to make. Only thing I would change is their e-mail directions to, “Write your reply above this line” is a little confusing. Terrific company!

I really like this up hammock. I wish the bag was large enough to hold straps also. I don't like multiple bags and bag for bags. Otherwise a great little hammock. If you are over 5'9" might be too short. Extremely easy to set up
