As stated in my other review, this company has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

I got my wife a Kammock for Christmas. She asked me to return because we hike in about half of the time. So I began the return process and this is where my frustrations and nightmare begins. I keep getting bounced and around and pointed to things that were not communicated or were not sent, and no one seems to take any ownership in trying to solve my issue. If you have any thoughts on buying something from company, go to REI or someplace that will honor their commitments to customers and customer service. I don’t get the sense that Kammock really cares. There products may be good, but their customer service is horrible and you would be better off going in a different direction if you need their support.

Installed a 5' awning on the starboard side for midday shade and a 7' awning on the top/back of the camper, creating a semi-dry area to barbecue, hang jackets, and store muddy boots. Overall, we are very happy with it. A few things to be aware of: 1. Blowing beach sand will find its way into the awning's guts, making it clunky to retract, lock, and unlock. I've hosed it down a few times and may need to lubricate it. 2. Moderate wind, 10 knots+, will cause the center cross supports to bounce and bang; not in a way that affects function, but in a way that will keep you awake at night. 3. The locking straps (2) are difficult to manipulate with gloves, so I rarely use them. All that said, I highly recommend the Crosswing awning, and we plan to purchase and mount a third one!

I have no complaints. I wish there was an option to send a discreet box rather than a large, branded box, but I was able to intercept the package and hide it before my wife noticed.

Your customer service stinks. It took me three months to get parts that most companies would have sent out in less than a week. I actually have a replacement awning I’m going to replace your awning with so I don’t take the chance of going through this again.

Well over 2 weeks and I still don't have the product that I ordered. I have lived here a long time and understand shipping delays but this is ridiculous. Taking longer from Colorado than junk from China. Who knows if it's a good company. Still don't have product
