I own the Mantis, Pongo Sleep Pad, Bobcat, Swiftlet and Outpost. They are exceptional products. Kammok’s customer service rates 5+ stars. I needed a special gift for a couple of fellow campers and I chose the Swiftlet Bundle which included the Swiftlet hummock stand a Double Roo and a cup holder. My dilemma was I needed it before I traveled to visit them which was five days from my ordering it. Without paying any special overnight fees they assured me I would receive it in time to take it to them. I needed it no later than a Tuesday, I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon. Shipped fast, packaged well, followed up, and had I not purchased as an outlet item it might have taken me a bit to even see the reason it was discounted.

I was dreading making a warranty claim on my Mantis, which I love. Kammok responded promptly and took care of everything.

It would help if you had a means via a small plate with a bolt hole on the inside corners of the Weaver for bolts so that, if required by Client, the corners of the structure could be attached to a permanent footing

Got the outpost bundle with the mantis hammock. Had to get in contact with support over something, and they were super responsive and helpful. Honestly probably the best I’ve talked to.
