I ordered on a Sunday and have everything by Wednesday. We did have a little mishap with a missing box, but Jumpflex got back to us very quickly and had it sent out without any issues.

I had a problem with shipping but I don't think it was a jump flex problem. I think It was an Amazon problem. I received a wrong box. But when I called jump flex about it, they immediately asked no questions. And sent me the box, I was missing. 👍
