I bought the 10 foot Jumpflex trampoline for my two grandchildren aged 7 and 11. After reading reviews of other companies trampolines I decided to go for the Jumpflex and so glad I did. At first it was a bit more expensive than some other companies but I was lucky to get it on offer so not much difference in price in the end. I also went for the Jumpflex as it was easier than others to put together as no nuts and bolts. It is very well made and looks great. It took two of us about two and a half hours to build it. Following the instructions we did go slightly wrong but once I looked at the video, we soon found it a lot easier to put together. I highly recommend looking at the video which makes building the trampoline heasier. It was a Christmas present and our grandchildren love it. It arrived in the post within 3 days of ordering it. Because of the high quality I am sure it will last for many years and give lots of pleasure. Would I recommend this 10ft Jumpflex to others. Definitely.

The kindest lady from New zeland returned my call to answers a few questions I had prior to purchasing.

We upgraded to a Hero trampoline because my oldest son used his older one to regulate so much he wore it out! The JumpFlex one is miles better, much more robust and should keep him going until he gets bored of it - not holding my breath! Customer services were excellent too!

Instructions need to be revised for the T connectors for the "straight" pieces

Crazy design! Thought it was all rubber - but steel handles and nuts and bolts make it dangerous to my daughter as well as ripping the trampoline- will be returning

Easy to assemble! It did take a little time, but it was still a lot easier than past trampolines I’ve put together! The bounce is also amazing! Not super stiff until broken in, which is very nice. The net is VERY sturdy as well. My 15 year old rammed into it (accidentally) very hard and it stopped him completely. Very happy with the products and the customer service!

We bought the 14ft trampoline for our grandson for Christmas. Excellent quality and easy to put together if you’re practical. The DHL courrier service was diabolical but the Jumpflex Customer Service staff were excellent at resolving issues.
