We love our trampoline! Very sturdy and easy to put together, it can be done by one person (I did it by myself in less than 2 hrs). We noticed we were missing some parts and I reached out to customer service they were really helpful and we got the pieces we needed 2 days later. Very fast shipping for everything, great quality product, and amazing customer service. I would buy from this company over and over again.

Great service

The trampoline is well made and sturdy, we bought the shade net as well which works well to keep the leaves and sticks off as our garden is next to a wood. Quite simple to put together and I appreciated that it all clips together without needing bolts or additional tools. The only slight annoyance is that the projam doesn’t fit on the trampoline with the shade net in place (although it probably would fit if I used the lower fixings, my kids are 9, 6 and 4 so they wanted it a bit higher up or it gets in the way). The kids are absolutely loving the trampoline and spend every waking moment on it, so I am very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic trampoline. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a trampoline for my kids for various reasons. I researched and compared my options thoroughly for safety, quality and weight capacity. The JumpFlex came out on top. I arranged delivery to Ireland through a friend in England. Undoubtedly a worthwhile investment. My kids range from 7-18 and the trampoline copes well with their (and my!) combined weight. They love it. Fabulous quality and so safe, so bouncy and looks really good! Highly recommend- you won’t find better and won’t be disappointed.
