Great trampoline, easy to assemble with simple to follow instructions.

We have had the jumpflex for about a month now and so far I am very happy. My son is autistic and loves to jump every day. I chose this trampoline mainly because of its sturdiness, and also the warranty it has.

The trampoline arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble with two people. It is incredibly well made and sturdy. Our grandchildren are having so much fun on it and absolutely love the additional slide.

I’ll lay it out clearly for you so you can grab it easily: We’ve had our Jumpflex trampoline for about five years now on our large property with lots of kids, and it’s been wonderful and durable. We did have some holes in the mat (not sure how they happened), but the customer care was exceptional. Thanks to their lifetime warranty, they quickly addressed our concerns and shipped replacements. We’re super appreciative of how responsive and helpful they were. We’d definitely recommend their trampolines, and when we need a new one, we’ll buy from them again!

It is a beautiful, sturdy and we’re really pleased with it. Delivery was on time, assembly was straightforward, and my child absolutely loves it. It is a little more expensive than others but the quality makes it completely worth it. It also looks great in the garden. Thank you.
