Strong trampoline. Set was not to hard. It took three of us about and hour an a half. No major mistakes.

Item seems of very good quality compared to other trampolines purchased in the past

The trampoline is great. We purchased for our two (2) younger boys (8,9) as a Christmas present. The packages do arrive quickly in numbered boxes. However, I would have given it 5 stars except for several issues I had with assembly of the trampoline. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired in putting the frame together. There is no way a technical person wrote the manual. Eventually after fighting to understand the instructions we skipped to the picture of total assembly of the frame and put it together from the picture. Also, I think the parts list could say which part is in what box. After the frame assembly the rest was rather easy to understand by following the manual. Also, the idea that this takes only 1-2 hours to assembly is understated I would allocate about 3-4 with at least 2 people.

Unfortunately our children’s Christmas was ruined due to springs box not being delivered. Poor communication. Dissapointed all round.

Super pleased with our new 10ft trampoline. After a lot or research I’m more then happy we picked jumpflex. The quality of the product has exceeded expectations. I ordered this on a Sunday and it was delivered on Monday, I had a query about delivery access which was answered nearly immediately. Having owned different trampolines over the years this was hands down the easiest to assemble, no fiddly screws or Allen keys! And somehow no arguments with the husband during assembly. If we ever need another trampoline it will be a jumpflex!

I love this trampoline so do the little ones packages came early and all together it was an easy procces to set up thanks to the manual however the net did come with a rip but the Jumpflex team was amazing at trying to fix the problem and have amazing communication
