Exceeded our expectations! Arrived quickly. We have previously had two vuly trampolines which have been great but this time our kids (now 8 & 6) wanted a rectangle trampoline and when searching jumpflex came up. I initially caulked at the price but the weight rating got us over the line - being able to bounce as a family on it was very appealing and we were happy to pay the extra to do so. Upon getting it, setting it up and putting it in position we are so beyond happy with our choice. We had 100km winds a few days ago and tied it down within n an inch of its line and it handled it like a champ. Really happy and have no qualms recommending to everyone!

The trampoline is amazing and my Grandchildren absolutely love it. It is well worth paying a little extra for peace of mind. The quality is great and it feels very strong. I also love the sunshade, which means that they can play out there even when it is really warm, without us worrying.

I am so impressed with this trampoline, it has a great bounce to it and was super easy to set up. . . the sleeves for the safety netting were not super tight and slid on easily if you are looking for a great quality trampoline with great bounce this is the brand you want!!

I'm so pleased with the 10ft trampoline, great quality and size, looks amazing and my kids just want to be out on it all the time, and there's barely a sound when jumping on it. We also ordered the Anchorkit Pro, we're in a heavy wind area, and so far so good. Delivery was quick and all the boxes and contents were accounted for. I've not given 5 stars just because some of the leg pieces arrived with chips/markings in the black coating, as if they may have been used before, so hopefully this won't rust - I still need to contact customer service about it. And a few steps in the instructions seemed like it was for a different or old model maybe, but overall set up wasn't too difficult, I'd say it does need 2 people and strength for attaching the springs, and a ladder to connect the net to the outer poles. But overall I am so happy I got a Jumpflex, over a different brand I had set my mind on, that I've already recommended it to another mom.

Trampoline very good quality but initially they sent the wrong size safety net with the trampoline which meant we couldn't put it up for our son's birthday which ruined the day for him. Although it got sorted, there was no offer of a good will gesture for example an anchor kit to apologise for the inconvenience.

We purchased a 14ft Hero for our grandsons (aged 5 and 2). After ordering it arrived promptly within a few days, was very easy to assemble, and we can see the space will see them get use for a number of years. They have been on it every day since it was erected! Was an excellent choice after researching options for a month or more.
