Absolutely fantastic experience with Jumpflex! The trampoline itself is excellent quality, looks great and me and my daughter absolutely love it. What really stood out though was the customer service — shortly after I purchased, the trampoline went on sale and the team kindly refunded me the price difference without any hassle. That level of customer care really makes a difference and shows they look after their customers. Great product backed by great service. Highly recommend!

Researched best trampolines and very pleased with Jumpflex. Well made, strong trampoline, arrived quickly with clear instructions. I managed to put the trampoline together on my own with the instructions and watching the video. I struggled a bit with the springs, but at 5ft in my 60's and female I did ok. My grandson loves the trampoline and has already spent hours having fun. Highly recommend this product. Professional and reliable company with top notch product.

We have had the jumpflex for about a month now and so far I am very happy. My son is autistic and loves to jump every day. I chose this trampoline mainly because of its sturdiness, and also the warranty it has.

The trampoline arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble with two people. It is incredibly well made and sturdy. Our grandchildren are having so much fun on it and absolutely love the additional slide.

I’ll lay it out clearly for you so you can grab it easily: We’ve had our Jumpflex trampoline for about five years now on our large property with lots of kids, and it’s been wonderful and durable. We did have some holes in the mat (not sure how they happened), but the customer care was exceptional. Thanks to their lifetime warranty, they quickly addressed our concerns and shipped replacements. We’re super appreciative of how responsive and helpful they were. We’d definitely recommend their trampolines, and when we need a new one, we’ll buy from them again!
