Shipping left JNH timely but was a bit delayed once the sauna arrived at the last location for delivery. No fault of JNH.

I love it! It works amazing. It’s pretty. Totally doable to put together. April was amazingly responsive and supportive. No complaints!

Very quick shipping (I didn't pay for the faster shipping, and still ended up receiving package at the lower end of the faster shipping estimate!). Good customer support - responsive, and follows-up on emails through order/delivery/warranty activations, etc. I'm happy with the product itself, although I do think there are some areas that could be further improved upon ;)

From start to finish our experience has been wonderful. Our infrared remote got lost within the first couple of weeks. We called customer service and they sent us a replacement free of charge. Assembly was easy. Overall we would purchase from JNH again. Since getting the sauna put together we have ordered some of the accessories. Prompt shipping on them as well.

Shipping was fast. Setup was intimidating, so I do suggest lining up some help to lug it all upstairs and put it together. I also suggest an electric screwdriver!

Easy to order. Delivered in about a week (ahead of schedule). I absolutely love the infrared sauna! My wife (and even my kids) sit in it all the time. Great purchase - I recommend JNH to people all the time.

We decided to build in - from the pictures you can see we added a cut off switch to the left and a LAN port to the right for infotainment. Shipping was good - no worries at all.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous about getting ripped off but I decided to pull the trigger and I'm so glad I did! The customer service was excellent in keeping me up to date on my order and what to do when it got delivered. It took about 2 hours to put it together. We love it so much and I'm so happy I finally have my at home sauna! I've recommended it to so many people already. This has been on my vision board for 4+ years and I'm so happy it's been fulfilled because JNH has incredible prices!
