I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous about getting ripped off but I decided to pull the trigger and I'm so glad I did! The customer service was excellent in keeping me up to date on my order and what to do when it got delivered. It took about 2 hours to put it together. We love it so much and I'm so happy I finally have my at home sauna! I've recommended it to so many people already. This has been on my vision board for 4+ years and I'm so happy it's been fulfilled because JNH has incredible prices!

I have had my JNH Lifestyles Infared Sauna for a month now and I absolutely love it! It was fairly easy to put together and super easy and enjoyable to use!!Helping me start 2024 with healthy habits!

Enjoying our sauna, we are very satisfied with the quality of the product, the assembly was not difficult and the customer service is very responsive. The speakers were not sounding good so I called to ask questions and April determined that the blue tooth module probably needs to be replaced. She is sending me a new part with instructions on how to replace it.
