Absolutely love my Arki red light sauna! It was so simple to set up & really feel the effects in just a few uses! Excited to see how long this system will hold up compared to cedar but overall great design!

Love how it looks and how easy it was to put together. I use it 5-6 times a week. Feel great after sauna and cool shower. Best decision is could make , would definitely recommend it,especially for bad back. Feel so relaxed after.

The S shaped backseat, make everything so much better. I don’t feel like I’m gonna get burned that separate my body when I lean back from the panel, much much more relaxation. .

Love my sauna, it came in a very timely manner. I expected it to arrive in 4 weeks or more and it came in less than 2. Once it’s put together it is so easy to turn on and off. We use it daily and sometimes twice a day. Well worth the money. We purchased it to help my husband with some major health issues. Unsure if it’s helping with those but we just love to sit in it.

Customer service was fabulous. They proactively reached out regarding delivery. I was impressed they even noticed that my delivery was a bit unusual. It all went very smoothly.

Love JNH. . . . . I have had two single seat saunas since 2018. When we sold our house in 2022 left the first sauna as part of the closing deal. So bought another on in 2022. My only issue is with pricing. For the single seater the price has gone up 3 fold. Bought my first single for around $1000 in 2018. My sauna is working great. However, I fear when I need to buy a new one I will be priced out.

I have had my sauna for about 3 years now and am having an issue with the infrared light working. Although its frustrating it stopped working, Trish in Customer Service has been great!! She went above and beyond to offer great customer service and it was truly appreciated.
