After 9 years, I had a problem with my JNH sauna. Sent an email and got a call back the next morning. The support guy (Luke) was very good and patient since I was interrupted twice during the call. Turns out the issue was my fault (did not hold the power on button long enough). Easy fix and still love the sauna!

I wanted a sauna with high heat there was a lot out there this one caught my eye. Great deal got it delivered quick, blown away at how well it heats. me and my wife are in love no complaints it was very easy to put together myself. I would recommend to anyone. Another note is how amazing it makes my skin feel, super soft and you will def get an amazing sweat I preheat for 30 and then get in for 30! I absolutely love it, the chromotherapy light is awesome I ton of different colors to set the mood!

We love our sauna. We got the Tosi as an upgrade to our old J&H. Tosi is better with no toxic or pressed wood. Makes us feel safer while sitting in a heated box.
