Love the sauna, has both form & function for the price point . Yes there might be prettier saunas and you will pay quite a bit more for the prettiness. But if you want a really well made sauna that works great and doses what the other more expensive ones. This is for you . At an Awesome price, Absolutely worth the money and no complaints here .

I purchased the Tosi Ultra-low EMF Sauna. My wife has chemical sensitivities, so I was looking for a Sauna made of Poplar wood with low-EMF, no plywood/particle board, no chemical additions. The JNH Sauna met those requirements at a very reasonable price. JNH customer service was very helpful and we've started using our Sauna regularly. . . . . . . . We love our sauna. It is beautiful, was not hard to assemble, and we are noticing the benefits already. We had some initial trouble with the display unit. The temperature would not hold steady for more than 10-15 minutes . . . it would then drop erratically. After talking with customer service, they sent us a new one that works like a charm. Thank you April @ JNH!

From start to finish everything was great. Shipping was extremely fast. The assembly process was quite easy and I am not a handy person. I am very happy with the product so far after about six weeks.
