JHarlen Co. easily has the best lineman tool supply website that I have ever used. When I have questions about a product and call the representatives are always outstanding help and extremely courteous. The turnaround is always quick, and returns are always easy. Billing is straight forward and correct. if I am looking for something specific that they don't have on the site, which is rare, a call is all it takes to get that product on the way.

Have been using J Harlen for almost a year now for tools and equipment for our employees. They have been very reliable and easy to work with, I am very pleased with their service!

I ordered a wooden can't hook handle on 12-11-24 and paid $62. 88 through PayPal. I still do not have it. No updates, no messages, no anything. You must advise your customers what's going on. If I don't receive it soon, I must ask for a refund.
